Most business programs teach isolated skills. Instagram growth. Sales. Funnels. Email marketing. Offer creation. How to remain in the headspace to maintain forward momentum.

Each piece is important, but none of them work in a vacuum. 

A well-crafted offer won't sell if your messaging isn't clear. Visibility won't create income without an offer people genuinely need. A successful launch won't change your business if you don't know how to receive and sustain growth afterward.

And even the best strategy falls apart if your nervous system is operating from fear, scarcity, or constant urgency.

That's because a sustainable business isn't built from tactics. It's built from an intentional, comprehensive ecosystem.

One where your visibility, messaging, ethical persuasion, offers, sales, launches, systems, and internal capacity all support one another. That's what we build together. Not just another offer. Not just another launch.

A business that's structured well enough to keep working long after the excitement of something new has worn off. Because the goal isn't simply to make more money.

What is ethical influence?

If you're anything like me, you've probably had a complicated relationship with sales, marketing, and persuasion.

Maybe you've watched people use fear, outrage, false urgency, or manipulation to build enormous platforms. Maybe you've even told yourself, "I never want to become that." I feel this!

But here's what I've come to believe: Influence itself isn't unethical. It's simply the psychology of how human beings make decisions.

The same principles that can be used to manipulate someone into buying something they don't need or joining a cult can also help someone make a clear, confident, informed decision that genuinely improves their life.

The difference isn't the psychology. It's the person using it and their intentions. That's why ethical influence is woven throughout everything we do inside the Solid Ground Mastermind.

Not because I want you to become a better marketer...but because I want you to become a clearer, more effective communicator. Someone whose message reaches the people it's meant to reach. Someone who can confidently invite others to work with them—without feeling manipulative, performative, or out of alignment with their values.

Because the world doesn't need more persuasion. It needs more ethical persuasion.

And I believe that as progressive leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs, we have a responsibility to learn it.

Not to become someone we're not. Instead, to have a robust skillset at our disposal in order to create the businesses we desire, as well as the bigger scale changes in the world we want to see.

So that people who already trust us can finally say yes faster, and with more clarity and confidence.

Because the problem isn't that you lack expertise. It isn't that you aren't capable of building a business. And it certainly isn't that you're "bad at sales."

It's that no one has ever shown you how to translate your knowledge, experience, and credibility into a business that's structured, sellable, repeatable... and ultimately sustainable. So even when opportunities come your way, income still feels accidental instead of intentional.

Working with me is a bit different than most business coaches...

Leap of faith after leap of faith after leap of faith has brought me here. I remember journaling a decade ago trying to find my way out. I was stuck. Physically unwell. Miserable. I often felt insecure, overwhelmed, and like my work, many relationships, my goals…pretty much everything…were meaningless.

I was incapable of sinking into a sense of presence I knew was possible. Of meaning. Of joy.

I was anxious, often irritated, and generally unhappy… And yet, I knew the anxiety was irrational. I knew the irritation was unwarranted. And I knew the unhappiness was not a life sentence - at all - I just couldn’t see the path to the life I envisioned. 

And what did I envision? Work that was both meaningful and remote - so that I could be anywhere anytime. I have always found that new environments stir creativity. Life force energy.

Relationships that felt both sturdy & free. Friendships that connect deeply, hold space, and have the capacity to weather the inevitable storms of the human experience. Alongside healthy communication, boundaries, repair, rest, laughter…all of it.

And an existence with more margins than calendar blocks. More space than noise. I truly believe that our wildest successes come from the margins. Problems are solved in the margins. Dreams are born, nurtured and most meaningfully brought to life in the margins. Not in the rigid goals, stuffed calendars or productivity hacks. In the space. 

I now have a career that is a 180 from where I started. From dentistry…to working with deeply mission-driven, creative, emotionally intelligent humans in the progressive space. Political candidates and future candidates at the state, local, and gubernatorial levels...and creators, podcasters and entrepreneurs who share the same drive for impact and are approaching it from the angle of independent media or consulting.

I am often invited to speak on panels with people I’ve admired for years. I travel frequently. Both life and work tend to flow - in a way that is synchronous.
