Hello! I'm thrilled you're here.
My path has been non-linear... and my intuition says that if you've landed on this page, yours has been, too.
I'm originally a dentist. A few years into private practice, I was finally able to come up for air after years of rigorous education and establishing myself in the profession. As soon as I did, I remember looking around and thinking, "d
o I even like this?"Thankfully, I was able to admit to myself that I did not. At all.
It was a quick road to burnout and, on many days, soul-crushing. I found myself increasingly drawn to learning high-integrity marketing because I saw it as the bridge between a problem and a solution.
In 2017, I started a consulting business for other dentists. Around the same time, I had the opportunity to coach Miss Universe contestants on their interviews. What I loved most about that work wasn't performance—it was guiding them with tools to feel clear, present, and confident in high-stakes moments.
In 2024, I began sharing my work publicly on Instagram, initially supporting entrepreneurs with visibility, messaging, creating and refining offers, and navigating the self-doubt and imposter syndrome that inevitably arise.
That work naturally evolved into working with progressive candidates and campaign teams, where I've spent the past year focused on helping people build trust and visibility without large budgets. Today, that candidate ecosystem includes 120+ grassroots progressive campaigns and former campaigns, alongside a growing number of aligned creators, podcasters, organizers, and nonprofit leaders.
Now that this system is established and largely self-sustaining, I've returned to working more directly with entrepreneurs and independent creators—alongside candidates—because the core challenge is the same:
How do we build visibility, trust, and sustainable income without relying on scale, burnout, or constant output?
And most importantly... without losing our humanity.
Outside of my work, I'm a mom to two little boys. I love to travel, especially to Europe. Rome is my favorite city, and it feels like home on a visceral level. I love to read and mostly enjoy nonfiction.
In recent years, I've immersed myself in learning about ancient religious traditions—both from a place of curiosity about the common threads, and to better understand how we've arrived at this place as a country where Christian nationalism is at the forefront of our political struggles.
Writing was my first love. Originally fiction, now nonfiction. I love yoga. I love sleeping in. I'm a "both/and" kind of spirit, with a "less is more" approach to just about everything.
I am a deeply curious seeker of tools that help me sink into the present moment and enjoy the process without attachment to outcomes.
Welcome!
