You need a better understanding what makes content work.

Most people I work with are already creating plenty. They're writing. Recording podcasts. Having interesting conversations. Answering thoughtful questions. Teaching. Speaking. Working with clients. Running organizations. Talking to voters. Explaining complicated things extremely well. There is already content everywhere.

The problem is knowing:

What should become a post?
What should become a reel or speaking video?
What makes someone stop?
Why would they keep watching?
Why would they follow you afterward?
How does a post build authority instead of simply getting views?

And once something DOES work…how the hell do you know what to repeat? That's what I teach.

THE GOAL ISN'T 

TO GO VIRAL.

It's to stop guessing, and have predictable success.

By the end of our three weeks together, I want you to be able to look at a piece of content before you post it and understand:

✦ Who exactly is this for?
✦ Why would that person stop scrolling?
✦ Is the hook doing its job?
✦ What is the actual idea?
✦ Does this build trust, authority, connection, or some combination?
✦ What do I want someone to think, feel or do afterward?
✦ Is this the right format for the idea?

And then, after you post it...we'll work through how to know exactly what worked and what didn't. Where to look for this data, which parts are helpful...and mostly, which are not.

This is when social media becomes significantly less exhausting. Because you're no longer questioning dozens of variables every time you post.

✦ CONTENT STRATEGY:  We'll identify the types of content that make sense for your goals—not whatever Instagram happens to be yelling about this week. Speaking Reels. Simple text-hook Reels. Carousels. Stories. Long-form repurposing. Authority content. Connection content. Strategic personal storytelling. Calls to action. So you know what to post—and what job each piece of content is doing.

✦ HOOKS + MESSAGING:  We'll refine the first sentence. The first three seconds. The framing. The emotional resonance. The unnecessary information. The difference between what you want to explain and what your audience needs to hear first. So excellent ideas stop disappearing because they weren't packaged in a way that made someone stop.

✦ AUTHORITY + TRUST: Views are useful. Trust is more useful. We'll work with the principles of influence, social proof, familiarity, consistency, storytelling and authority—without turning you into someone who performs expertise online. Because I don't simply want people to encounter your content. I want the right people to repeatedly encounter your work and think: Oh. They know what they're talking about. I trust this person. I want to hear more from them. I would recommend them. I would hire / invite / interview / collaborate with / vote for them. Depending on what you're building. Visibility becomes substantially more valuable when it compounds into authority.

✦ METRICS: This is one of my favorite things to teach because it changes how people approach content almost immediately. We're going into your Professional Dashboard. Not to obsess over numbers. To learn from them. I'll teach you what to look at, what matters for your goals, what doesn't, and how to identify patterns. Because when something works, I don't want you thinking: Yay! That one did well! I want you thinking: I know why that worked. And I know what I'm going to test next. That's how growth becomes systematic.

Another congressional campaign: One account: 433K → 493K views during our first three weeks. We extended our work for another three weeks. The account reached 1M.

And perhaps more important to me:

That is the actual transformation I'm after. Not one viral post. Competence...and the confidence to have desired results repeatedly.

You don't need to spend hours online. You don't need to chase every trend. You don't need to manufacture urgency, emotion or controversy.
You don't need to become louder.
You don't need to become performative.
And you definitely don't need to turn into someone you're not. 

Visibility is a skill.

And skills can be learned.
